Established in October of 2021, Lineage Healthcare Group emerged through the acquisition of two struggling New Jersey based skilled nursing facilities. With resolute determination and an internal restructuring, Lineage successfully transformed both operations into prosperous entities. This foundation paved the way for expansion; acquiring two additional establishments within the following year. With a wide array of services offered throughout the four buildings, Lineage is committed to providing something for everyone. Services range from subacute rehabilitation and long term care to Assisted Living and Independent Living options. In addition to physical wellbeing, Lineage specializes in substance abuse and behavioral/mental care.
