Limelighting Life Collective mental health organization based in New Delhi. We aim to bring mental health into the 'limelight' and normalize it as an important part of every individual's life. Our main work involves counseling services, offering dance/movement therapy group sessions, designing and facilitating mental health & wellbeing programs and interventions along with awareness and advocacy. Currently, we are looking to associate with educational institutions, organizations, and workplace settings for facilitating workshops which provide a stepping stone for mental well-being. We aspire to build a community and promote awareness about mental health for individuals across age groups through psycho-education, workshops, and interactive sessions. We are determined on working towards stigma reduction, encouragement of help seeking behaviors and fostering emotional-well being, keeping in mind ethical mental health practices.
