Lime-Chem's core business is the production of limestone from its mine, situated on a farm just outside the town of Marble Hall in the province of Limpopo, from where it has been supplying a variety of products to its customers since 1981. The company has been supplying limestone to the metallurgical industry for the greater part of 30 years.
