LiL Kids Lax is the ultimate introduction to lacrosse designed exclusively for boys & girls ages 3-8 years old. 6 week sessions are offered year round with locations across Nassau & Suffolk County Long Island. We specialize in teaching young children the fundamentals of Lacrosse (cradling, proper grip, scooping, running with the stick and ball, intro to passing/catching & defense) all in a safe, stress-free environment, with the use of a customized lacrosse stick, soft ball and no other equipment. We make Lacrosse FUN!
