Overview

LIKA’ AL ISNAYN (meeting of the “two”) was founded back in 1995 in Sheilé, Keserwan, Lebanon, and was legally recognized by the Interior Ministry on the 20th of February 1998. Lika’ Al Isnayn works mainly on promoting dialogues and organizing conferences dealing with cultural, social, environmental, medical, and other important issues and problems facing the Lebanese community. It has also developed and currently supports-by all possible means- an inter-confessional dialogue program that consists of exchanging students between Christian and Muslim schools to create a “blending” movement among the youngest Lebanese citizens. This last program has been ongoing since 2001 and the number of enrolling schools is growing every year.
