Overview

Are you struggling with uncertainty and a lack of clarity on the forward in regards to a big decision you're about to make or have made? Or find yourself in a situtation that has significantly altered your life and not clear on what to do next? Are you not taking action because you're afraid that you're not good enough? Are you not taking action because you're afraid that you'll be judged? Are you not taking action because you're afraid that you'll appear like a failure? Are you afraid you'll make the wrong decision, or that you maybe have made the wrong decision? This is all understandable, a lack of clarity and certainty can have debilitating efffects. Clarity is power, but being able to move purposefully even with uncertainty is what truly helps to move the needle towards getting a clear plan and a defined goal. Shakespeare is credited with saying "to thine own self be true". When you are true to yourself the path becomes clear. In order to accomplish this you must first know yourself, or at least know what drives you. Knowing yourself better, knowing what matters most, provides a sense of purpose, creates clarity, forward momentum and drive. This is what I help my clients to discover and come into alignment with.
