Overview

The Company Mission is to "Help People Reclaim Their Lives" from the effects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, eating and food disorders, cigarette addiction and more. My approach to doing this is very novel and different from most Mental Health providers because I use an alternative, evidence based technique known as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or Tapping). This method has proven to be more effective than traditional methods, including and not limited to PTSD. The beauty of EFT is that a person can learn to use it outside of the therapy session.
