Liberty Gymnastics, a member of USA Gymnastics, specializes in gymnastics training. Liberty offers classes for boys and girls, walking to adult, both recreational and competitive programs. Our curriculum is based on the USA Gymnastics guidelines and developed by Liberty Gymnastics. Our coaches are safety certified, have submitted to a background check, and are current members of USA Gymnastics. We invest in continuing education for our staff so that, we are at the cutting edge of new techniques in the gymnastics community.
