Let’s Talk Australia is dedicated to giving organisations the skills required to provide the best quality of care to all staff. Let’s Talk has developed a specialised range of training and coaching programs that can be expertly tailored to suit any organisation. The work done by Let’s Talk is committed to highlighting the need for employees to feel supported while at work. COVID-19 has highlighted the struggles that exist for workers dealing with intense emotions and burnout. With Let’s Talk Ambassadors program we are providing space for staff to feel empowered in their workplaces with the skills to manage both work and life stressors. Our other specialised packages include culture change programs, specialised risk, and management plans, train the Trainer, Individual mediation training, and coaching circuit-breaker education. All programs will be tailored to an organisations needs. Let’s Talk has been privileged to change the environments of Uniting Country South Australia, the Department of Human Services, The Australian Dental Association, and a range of other community and government organisations. Why do we do this? Here at Let’s Talk, we know the difficulty of high-stress workplaces and how the weight of what we do in employment can affect us in every part of our lives.
