Overview

A concept established in 2017, we are a company run by 3 Omanis focusing on motivating women in Oman to adopt and sustain fit, healthy lifestyle choices, and we strive on collaborating with local SMEs. Our offerings encompass dance and fitness classes in-person and online, tailored PT that we refer to as Personal Evolving, private sessions, and various health and fitness workshops. We also offer kids group classes for children aged 6-12.
