Let's Be Curious Consultancy was developed out of our desire to improve the lives and outcomes for young people or adults by supporting organisations to develop a culture of continuous development and learning to become outstanding. We see the organisation as a complex system, each part needing to connect and flow to achieve; which it could be said is the same for anyone that has experienced trauma. With an increased pressure on organisations to develop their workforce to gain a deeper understanding of a young person or adult's needs to meet regulatory expectations, we offer support in a variety of ways which includes using a therapeutic and trauma informed focus within all that we do. We offer organisations assistance in developing frameworks to give them the therapeutic tools to fulfill this, in turn helping young people or adults achieve their potential.
