Founder of LeoPlans.com, Leonardo has a track record of driving growth and innovation in prior leadership roles in Toyota and Stellantis, leading budgets of US$300 million per year. Combining 12+ years of experience in strategy, he has worked on projects for companies of all sizes: Fortune-10, Fortune-500, startups, and small businesses, and transitioned several key roles, including CEO, business engineer, investor, entrepreneur, and business plan expert. Leonardo has been part of the Blank Center for Entrepreneurship in Boston, and holds an MBA from Babson business school, and Master’s & Bachelor’s degrees in Industrial Engineering.
