If you are a keen cook and want to hone your skills or take them to a professional level, Leiths has a course to suit you. Located in West London, we offer a range of classes in state of the art kitchens. Classes are taught by Leiths experienced teachers and we regularly welcome a host of guest chefs, many of whom hail from the UK's top kitchens. We have been offering our internationally renowned Diploma in Food and Wine since 1975. We offer a comprehensive culinary education and our focus on teaching cookery skills and techniques has established us a leading cookery school. We aim to provide our students with a toolbox of skills, allowing them to develop into individual, confident and creative cooks who go on develop careers in a variety of areas of the food industry.
