LEGACY AFRICA Fund Managers (Pty) Ltd (“LEGACY AFRICA”) was founded and registered as a private company in 2012 and licenced in 2013 as a Financial Services Provider by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority in South Africa. LEGACY AFRICA is a discretionary investment manager. LEGACY AFRICA is licensed to manage investment portfolios that invest in unlisted; and listed African assets on the stock exchanges in Africa and beyond on behalf of our clients. LEGACY AFRICA believes in long term investing as a way to savings and wealth creation. We, therefore, firmly believe in sustainable and responsible investing as it goes hand-in-hand with our long term investment horizon and that of our clients. LEGACY AFRICA has investment management experience in assets across the African continent, having managed South African, Namibian and Pan-African investment mandates.
