Overview

We provide complete consulting services to contractors bidding/working on registered LEED Projects. We are a small company of two employees, Manny Garcia and Jonathan Fernandez. Manny Garcia has a Bachelors in Civil Engineering, paired with a Masters in Construction Management. He has also been a LEED AP since 2009. Jonathan Fernandez is currently in his senior year at FIU studying Civil Engineering. He became a LEED Green Associate in 2012, and a LEED AP BD+C in 2014.
