We need progressive learning leaders equipped and ready to step up and drive new levels of organisational value across all sectors. However, to support change ready workers and workplaces, our workplace learning leaders also need to make smart decisions in order to be change ready! Learning leaders who pursue this vision with intent will be those who see the potential in individuals, in teams and in systems. What’s more, they are willing to take radical action to unlock it. We call them Learning Changemakers. Learning Changemakers will come from business, from marketing, from technology, from HR & L&D, from OD, from knowledge management, from suppliers. Some will come from the most unexpected places! Laura Overton founded Learning Changemakers in September 2020.
