Overview

Authentic learning in organizations implies changes in attitude, in behavior and sometimes even in culture or infrastructure. Genuine learning resembles a durable construction, built in stages, brick by brick. True learning does not happen overnight, in one-off ready-made interventions, but through carefully designed programs that analyze "the field", develop skills and attitudes and reinforce them. Because it is not about delivering knowledge and information, but about creating changes.
