I am a personal trainer, but more importantly I am a coach. I coach busy professionals on how to transform their body in only 90 days through training and nutrition🍏 ☑ ABOUT ME ▷ 9 years working as a personal trainer/coach ▷ 1 year working as an online personal trainer/coach ▷ Hundreds of satisfied customers whom of which I have transformed their health, fitness and life ☑ WHO I WORK WITH ➳ I work with absolutely anyone who wants to make a transformation to the body and ultimately their life (unless there is an underlying health issue/injury that I don’t expertise in and I will refer them to the appropriate person). ➳ Body transformation is essentially changing the body’s composition: losing fat and building muscle. I predominantly work with people who are looking to do these 2 things. ➳ I work with those who want to better themselves physically and psychologically, benefiting them in almost every other aspect of their life. ➳ I work with those you want to learn how to take care of themselves, improving their overall health, strength, fitness and longevity for their future. ☑ THE WAY I WORK ➳ I take a deep dive into a persons current lifestyle to ensure I know all the necessary things about their current activity level, diet and general habits. ➳ I provide a customised training plan to push them physically several days a week (this can include 1-1 sessions with myself, a tailored program which they work on by themselves, or a mixture of the 2) ➳ I provide a customised nutrition plan which suits that individuals wants and more importantly needs. The diet plan is based around a certain number of calories and macronutrient numbers which are calculated based on their current physical situation and what they would like to achieve in their health and fitness. ➳ I provide daily accountability and weekly check-ins to ensure they always keep on track to achieve all of their goals in the desired time. ⫸ CONTACT INFORMATION ✉️ chris@leanfitprogram.com
