Lean Alaska was founded in 2019, as a response to the overwhelming demand and need for Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training in Alaska. As a veteran-owned and operated small business, Lean Alaska has the unique ability to offer training by a Certified Master Black Belt and Certified Army Instructor, with more than 24 years of Active Duty Service. Lean Alaska is proud to offer 4 levels of LSS training to meet each individuals specific personal and professional development needs. Lean Alaska is also excited to be able to offer its training services to individual companies looking to assess their opportunities for process improvement that are in line with their strategic goals. Group training is another way individual companies can take advantage of LSS training being offered by Lean Alaska. Our focus is on knowledge transfer through training, workshops, and coaching.
