We are a local, family owned and operated in-home care agency providing hourly and live-in services for seniors. At Leading Edge Senior Care, we believe that it is not enough to simply provide qualified caregivers to our clients.; quality of care is achieved when care is delivered with compassion and respect. This is our key principle and it stems from our own personal experiences in needing home care for family members. We understand the importance and benefits that a qualified, compassionate, and dedicated caregiver provides far beyond the needed tasks of care. We truly believe we can enrich the lives of each and every client that we work with. Our 6 touch points system for clients and 6 step hiring process ensures quality care. Our individualized care plans are thoughtfully constructed and followed by our caregivers. Leading Edge Senior Care provides personalized care customized to each client’s needs. Example of services that our experienced, compassionate caregivers provide are: Personal Care assistance provides hands on care for bathing, oral care, dressing, mobility, plus more Companion care provides a friendly face to be there for socialization, transportation, errands, medication reminders, cooking and housekeeping. Homemaker is perfect for those who just need transportation, errands completed, and/or housekeeping services. Transitioning from the hospital or rehab facility? Our transition team can provide a safe, smooth move back to home. One of our specialties is Dementia and Alzheimer’s care. Every person is unique that is why we develop individualized care plans that our Dementia Specialists follow. Cognitive training, unique to our agency is our Core Brain Training program to enhance or maintain cognitive abilities in our dementia/Alzheimer's clients.
