Those who practice leadership can come from anywhere in an organization and from any level of an organization. They make an impact by facilitating the sharing and synthesizing of the experiences and knowledge of those around them, exploring challenges and searching for solutions together to create a context for everyone, and the organization itself, to succeed. The Leadership Practitioner Collaborative's mission is to equipe and empower emerging and experienced leaders with the skills and tools that can help them make such an impact by exploring the behaviours and practices that can enhance their practice of leadership, every day and in every interaction.
