Welcome to the Leadership Jersey LinkedIn page. Our objective is to promote and support the development of better leadership in all aspects of life in Jersey. We are strictly not for profit and politically neutral, we just want to see more great leaders on our island in types of business and the not for profit sectors, at all levels. We aim to provide a programme of speakers and events that are available to access at an affordable cost for all, with any profit after costs being donated to local charities. Ralph Nader said “the function of leadership is to create more leaders not more followers, in essence that is what we are all about”.
