Leader to Leader™ is a framework, philosophy, and strategy for leadership development. We foster "inside-out" servant-leadership, and use our framework to facilitate growth in self-leadership as well as relational, team, organizational, and community leadership. We believe that given the right environment, leaders will naturally sharpen each other through intentional conversations around a table. Using a "coach approach,” we come along-side leaders from every sector to offer encouragement and help to develop their teams. Practical tools are passed on “leader to leader” through workshops, coaching, and events. We also "train the trainer" to use our materials and tools through our Facilitator Training and Certification program.
