LEAD Staffing began operation in 2010 and was founded by 24-year industry veteran, Mark Curtiss. LEAD is a national industrial, commercial construction, renewable energy and marine skilled trades resource organization. His vision for the organization is to continue its growth through a foundation of company/employee partnership locations in combination with a franchise network in which offerings began in early 2021 and runs parallel with the pursuit of providing consistent, safe and rewarding work for our craft associates and serving its growing base of customers.
