L&D 3.0 (formerly L&D 2.0) was created to give L&D professionals in Recruitment a Community where we can network, share experiences, learn, develop and support each other. We brought L&D professionals in Recruitment together. Our mission is to realise the full potential of L&D in recruitment. For L&D professionals, for recruitment business owners and for recruiters globally. Our vision is to: as a community, support each other (employed or freelance) to be THE best in class, establishing L&D as board partners of the future. We are passionate about improving retention in the industry, providing cutting edge L&D solutions that develop skills and impact the well-being of our learners, with a demonstrable contribution to business growth.
