Overview

Through our new classrooms, computer lab spaces, and connections, we are excited to provide both in-person and virtual opportunities to help small to mid-sized companies, their employees, and underserved people find the right training to meet their needs. We Foster Connections When people are looking for the first step to broaden their opportunities, we're there. Lawrence County Learning Center reaches out to the community to help individuals and small to mid-sized businesses thrive through adult education. We discover potential and understand their needs and options — whether to facilitate training or help them grow. We help business owners, moms and dads, students, and people who feel alone find accessible ways to transform and improve their lives. By initiating growth in a welcoming, problem-solving, and inclusive atmosphere, we serve resources — through our partners — to people who simply need an opportunity to flourish. Who We Currently Serve We serve other organizations, community businesses, and individuals. Organizations, to help them further equip our community. This includes county and local colleges, trade schools, and ESL and Seniors for Safe Driving initiatives, etc. Businesses, to connect them to training resources and a place to facilitate company-wide training. Individuals, including those researching educational opportunities as well as those attending the classes offered through our facility. Vision Statement Simplify the process of finding the right educational resources in Lawrence County. Mission Statement Lawrence County Learning Center strengthens our community's workforce by effectively connecting businesses and adult learners with the professional resources they need to rise above potential and harness opportunity.
