Law Support Professional is dedicated to the recruitment of solicitors and partners into London law firms. We are instructed by and act for a broad range of clients from US firms, magic circle, silver circle and large national firms through to mid-sized and smaller City and West End firms and specialist boutique practices. Alongside our traditional contingency practice we are equally adept at undertaking specific retained search mandates and have proven experience at successfully managing significant team moves and mergers and acquisitions. Law Support Professional’s methods are discrete, professional and entirely bespoke to our client’s and candidate’s requirements. We handle all aspects of the introduction and interview process, assist with producing business plans, negotiate heads of terms and remuneration packages, advise on restrictive covenant matters and manage the resignation process until the candidate joins the new firm. We ensure confidentiality throughout the recruitment process and will never release personal or professional information without express written permission as we are mindful of always protecting our clients’ and candidates’ reputation.
