Representing plaintiffs and defendants in lawsuits pertaining to wrongful termination, discrimination, whistleblower/retaliation, sexual harassment, breach of contract, wage and hour disputes, failure to pay commissions, failure to provide reasonable accommodations related to a disability, family and medical leave, and non-competition/non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements. Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, severance and separation agreements, and non-competition/non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements. Preparing and reviewing Human Resources policies, employee manuals and handbooks, and other employment-related documents. Representing plaintiffs and defendants in most general commercial litigation matters.
