We operate as a parastatal under the National Treasury, regulated by the Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA). We are audited by Kenya National Audit Office and supervised by the Inspectorate of State Corporations. LAPFUND enjoys a membership of 34,000 members, consisting of over 71 sponsors in the 47 counties and 24 affiliated companies.
