Hello! I am Anaïs and I’d like to tell my story. I’ve always been adventurous .I started with Humanities but finally I jumped into the IT world and graduated as an engineer. Then I realised I wasn’t happy and I missed that creative child in me Then I left my job and explored Asia. It opened my eyes to a new environment under the water. I became a diving instructor. I enjoyed myself, felt free and met people and shared great journeys stories. After gainig a lot of experience and I became a dive school director. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to keep this passion alive as long as I did that everyday. Time, physical and psychological effort helped me too to take the decision of enjoying the ocean not by working but just for my own pleasure My next adventure started in an NGO in Sri Lanka as a Programme Manager where I got involved in Education Programmes. After the project, having enjoyed the interaction with people from so many backgrounds, languages and cultures, I combined all what I had learnt then and transformed my passions into teaching. That lead me to what I love the most: connecting with people and seeing the world through their eyes. Exploring cultures through their words and stories via the vehicle of language sounded just too good for me I got a chance to do my education as Spanish teacher in Germany, where I improved my German, learned about their culture and enjoyed interacting with Germans and working for and with them Covid brought me back home but Germans started requesting me classes. The lockdown made me focus on a lifeplan and as a result I became a freelance teacher and started helping German-speaking companies to reach the level of Spanish that their employees need through customized Spanish courses Now I sit in front of a laptop with a webcam. My old enemy, technology, is back but now it’s my best ally (world is small, right?). Now I can connect with the most remote of the corners of the world
