Landsurge was founded in 2013 for the development of high rise properties on a prime 25 acre piece of land on Penang Island through a joint venture with IDEAL Propertiies. Over the years the business has expanded beyond construction Project Management Consultancy with ventures in logistics, agriculture, telecommunications & energy. Landsurge Sdn Bhd is the primary company vehicle with specific projects allocated to sister companies, Landsurge Pineapples Sdn Bhd, Landsurge Resources Sdn Bhd and Landsurge Capital Sdn Bhd.
