Overview

The National Black MBA Association® - Los Angeles Chapter (LABMBA or NBMBAA-LA) was founded in 1974. We represent Southern California and have 500+ members as far South as San Diego, as far East as the Inland Empire and as far North as the San Fernando Valley. We are in partnership with several corporate partners in a wide range of industries both in the public and private sector. We empower minority business professionals and students of higher learning through a wide range of strategic business forces, career and educational programs, entrepreneurship, lifestyle, and leadership. We empower high school students through our Leaders of Tomorrow® program by providing mentoring, coaching, goal setting not to mention implementing ways to serve their communities. We strive to encourage career independence; promote intellectual and economic wealth and empowerment and professional advancement of business professionals.
