His dream is to give L’Orangerie’s diners a unique and memorable time whether it’s a quick business lunch, or a special dinner for a special occasion. Tonio has extensive experience in the hotel and catering industry and has worked alongside top professionals in the industry. He started his experience in the field in York, United Kingdom, and furthered his career in Malta with the Dolmen Hotel, Mgarr Hotel, Grand Hotel Mercure San Antonio, as well as Infinitely Xara. Tonio also worked in the hotel and catering industry in Berne, Switzerland and the Sofitel Hotel in Athens.
