The Truffle collection takes place in Laconi’s countryside with the help of trained dogs. In the same place, through renewable energy, vegetables are grown chemical-free. Meanwhile, in the workshop raw materials are transformed in authentic and natural products. The craftsmanship makes each product unique. L’Isola dei Sapori was founded in March 2016, it is specializes in truffle hunting and its transformation. It’s an innovative, young and ecological business that combines traditional Italian craftmanship with a spontaneous product: the Truffle.
