L'Antica Cascina is a family-owned cheese company based in Forlì, Italy. Founded in 1960, we are leaders in the production of pecorino cheese, including Scoparolo, Squacquerone, and Ricotta. We are also the largest producer of Formaggio di Fossa di Sogliano DOP, a unique and flavorful cheese that has aged in underground caves for three months. Our commitment to quality is evident in every step of our production process. We use only fresh, local milk from grass-fed sheep. Our cheeses are made with traditional methods and aged in a variety of environments to achieve the perfect flavor and texture.
