Forecast We believe the OTT revolution in Africa is in its infancy and as the slues gates of bandwidth start to open to the African mass market we want to be there to help provide media delivery efficiently and seamlessly to both the service providers and the African media consumers as a market. We hope to bring these entities together in ways that we understand and can provide economically and efficiently to provide seamless services to customers and in so doing we hope to grow our business to become a leader in media convergence. With Collectively more than 30 years of Broadcast technology experience and a vast understanding of the entire broadcast network ecosystem we have a vast amount of Intellectual Property and understanding of how and where the industry is going and how the opportunities in new technologies can benefit service providers as well as media delivery companies, we hold a unique position in being able to connect and provide extensive technical solutions to the whole broadcast value proposition. Market Africa is a relatively untapped market for media in the cloud. Our target market will be the Broadcast and OTT businesses, to start the following countries: South Africa, Nigeria, Zambia and all the countries that large businesses in these countries deliver content for. This will be a B2B service solution for migrating businesses from legacy Broadcast technologies and services into the digital delivery world.
