Kushog Holdings Limited ("KHL") is a private Canadian investment holding company. The company invests in a diverse portfolio of public and private investments primarily for a family and its charitable foundation. KHL through its subsidiary Princeton Holdings Limited also owns an operating business, Cowan Insurance Group, which is one of the leading insurance brokerages and consulting operations in Canada, operating out of 11 locations. Representing national and international insurance companies, Cowan specializes in providing the best value to businesses, organizations and individuals for their insurance and risk management needs. The Cowan Foundation was launched in 1995 in honour of Frank Cowan with a goal to make positive differences in the lives of Canadians and the broader well-being of our communities. The Foundation proactively works with businesses and community partners with a strategic focus on: (1) transformational programs that encourage excellence, teach valuable life skills and expand leadership capabilities; and (2) improving the health and wellness of individuals in our communities, with particular attention on seniors.
