Overview

Customer experience (CX), the overall memory we leave our customers with after them going through the whole product journey, has become the most durable competitive advantage nowadays. Companies that provide exceptional CX are being rewarded by their customers with a higher loyalty, a brand success and an accelerated growth. Because happy customers drive growth (through coming back for more and creating new customers through positive word of mouth). Over past years, CX has evolved to a solid discipline which covers alignment of a customer research function, a human-centered product design, organizational processes, measurement practices and of course a culture of customer-centricity. We, CX professionals working in various customer experience related roles have a responsibility to create easy, efficient and emotionally connected experiences for our customers to make their lives a bit better. After all, it’s quite a lonely profession, especially in the markets like Lithuania where CX profession is just emerging. Therefore, the CX enthusiasts in Lithuania unite in the association “Kliento link” (Towards Customer) under the purpose to create a space to connect, share and learn from likeminded people. People who have a desire to help their organizations to earn the right to growth through a consistent focus on customer experiences. In the content we are eager to share with you, we‘ll focus on local (Lithuanian) realities, however, to keep the pace with global trends, we will not limit ourselves to the local language, local speakers and local topics only. This is also the reason why we speak to you in English while you are reading this post.:) What you can expect from this movement:  Vibrant conversations with subject matter experts who will share their stories and tactical examples of their path to CX excellence.  Other relevant CX-centered content.  Connect and experience a sense of togetherness with other professionals doing similar work.
