Kleiburg is a monastic beer, belonging to the Kleiklooster monastry, a spiritual and welcoming place in the Bijlmer area, Amsterdam. Kleiburg is a beer out of the box, as one can expect from a protestant monastry. We give our own twist to traditional values in monastic beer brewing. This results in complex beer varieties, familiar yet surprising.
