KJA Digital Asset Investments AS is an Estonian public limited company founded in April 2021. The company is currently in the process of regulation in Estonia to become the country's first Alternative Investment Fund manager (AIFM) and the first AIFM for digital assets to be in Europe. Its strategy is to arrange and manage AIFs to either invest in digital assets or issue project participation certificates as regulated, stock exchange listed securities for project and asset finance sponsors.
