Kiribil Sarea is a network of non-profit entities of local social initiative, which work for social transformation and community empowerment through socio-educational programs at the local level. In total we are a network of 9 entities that manages more than 40 projects with human resources formed by more than 180 volunteer professionals and 48 professionals remunerated with different dedications. The entities that make up Kiribil Sarea: - Asociación Umeak Kalean de Bilbao - Aurrerantz de Portugalete - Fundación Harribide de Etxebarri - Argizai Eskaut Taldea de Galdakao - Aisibizia Elkartea de Getxo - Gozaldi Gazte Elkartea de Bilbao - Portugaleteko Aisialdi Sarea - Ausartzen Elkartea de Erandio - Ainara Rontegi de Barakaldo We intend to become a reference network for local socio-educational projects developed mainly in Bizkaia and in the future at Autonomous Community level, both for the entities and for the Public Administrations themselves. We hope that our community development model will be the frame of reference for the design of socio-educational projects and that the Public Administration (Municipal, Foral and Autonomic) will bet on this model as a practice in the management of local programs. We want to have a network of consolidated entities, with a solid management team and qualified personnel for the development of the projects we carry out.
