We specialise in party wall matters, having been involved with the original London Building Acts prior to the introduction of the Party Wall etc Act 1996. We offer clear, impartial advice and support, and conduct inspections before, during and after. We also produce a Party Wall Award, a document describing how proposed work should be carried out. Our expertise includes building surveys of domestic and commercial properties, condition surveys for leasehold properties and dealing with dilapidation claims. We provide advice on repairing obligations, planned maintenance and minor works, but principally building surveys on all types of buildings. We also provide reinstatement valuations for insurance purposes. We offer a wide range of project management services from a small extension to major refurbishments.
