Located in the South Bay, King Harbor Fitness is a class-based fitness facility that offers a variety of strength & conditioning and Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes. Our philosophy is simple: train a little in every area of fitness so you become a solid, well-rounded athlete. We aim to teach movements and skills that easily translate into your everyday life, like picking up your toddler, or moving your own furniture on moving day, or jumping right into a pickup game of beach volleyball; all while maintaining that good foundational form to prevent injuries, and keeping your heart healthy for the longterm.
