Why kinEASYology? The word Kinesiology is derived from the Greek words "kinesis" meaning movement and "logos" meaning science or learning. It studies movement from a biomechanical, psychological, and physiological perspective. We desire to answer important questions and spread general knowledge in the field of sports science in a simple or "easy" way.
