There are about 250 employees with monthly out put 800000mtrs motorcycle chains. We have best molds and 6 advanced automatic production lines. *Continuously high speed precision punching machines, allows pitch dispersion ±0.02mm and inner hole light band ≥85% *Automatic mesh belt conveyor furnace keep plate hardness between HRC42-45 and stablize surface hardness of Bush&Pin at HV700 *Latest automaticly assemble line with regular plate delivery and holes position feeding. *Carbon sulfur analyzer, meteallurgical microscope and high frequency fatigue test facilities to supervise & maintain quality of finished chains. *Quality standard for chain wear elongation 1.5% after 20000kms and 4 million circles fatigue test result. Continiously we keep striving to improve product’s performance. It is our target to keep the wear enlongation controls within 1.5% after 25000kms and chain meets 6 million circles fatigue test.
