Since 1983, clients have looked to Kerr-Greulich Engineers, Inc. for innovative, cost intelligent, energy efficient mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. We work with architects, owners and contractors on many of the Southeast and Midwest region’s most high-profile projects. Today the firm employs more than 35 people and has earned its reputation as one of the most respected engineering companies in the region. The staff enjoys the pure satisfaction in delivering engineering solutions to the community. Their work is found in many major public or commercial projects, from downtown Louisville’s Preston Pointe and University Hospital to dozens of buildings on the campus of Western Kentucky University. Nationally, their work can be seen in over 43 states with clients from Seattle, WA to Miami Beach, FL. The firm has entered an exciting period of planning for the future. The “era” of high-performance buildings and environmentally-intelligent green solutions is finally being supported through both legislative and economic forces, an aspect inherent in KGEI’s design for years. The leadership team is now more focused on the recruitment and mentoring of young talent and transferring their immense knowledge to the younger engineers. The firm has strengthened its administrative capabilities in order to support this technical growth and is finding new ways to continue to innovate and produce outstanding work for its clients.
