Kei Commercial is a locally based property management company boasting more than 20 years’ experience in the industry. It manages a variety of different types of properties such as shopping centres; multi-tenanted retail units; office blocks and residential properties of approximately 61,000m² with an estimated market value of approximately R900,000,000 and growing continuously. Over the years our service has “evolved” incorporating a great aspect of all-round facilities management as part of our property management function. We have a strong, hands-on approach with our team playing an integral part in the day-to-day management and running of the properties under the management of Kei Commercial. We are registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) and are required to have our trust and business accounts audited on an annual basis by registered auditors. We pride ourselves on managing our trust and business accounts in an exemplary manner.
