Keep Dreaming asbl/vzw is a professional community for personal development and career advancement for students, professionals and entrepreneurs who value equity, inclusion and diversity in corporate Brussels. Our mission is to bridge the skills' gap by helping reduce discrimination and increase participation of employers with more inclusive teams and cultures. 'For example, in Brussels, the unemployment rate of people of African descent (including second and third generations) is 3 to 4 times higher than that of those who are perceived as "White-Belgian", even though they produce their diplomas and qualifications' (according to a study by view.brussels). Our emphasis is on employability and equal opportunity.
