Our proposition is to be a one-stop shop to assist FSO’s manage the complete lifecycle of a credit card customer; all the way from customer acquisition, cus- tomer retention, and providing various touchpoints to create engagement and activation of credit card usage. We use technology and leverage our strong merchant network to achieve these objectives for our customers backed by a strong technology delivery and sup- port team.
