קו משווה היא עמותה שמטרתה לאפשר לאקדמאים ערבים לעבוד במקצוע שלהם. זה שווה לכולם. זה שווה למשק הישראלי, זה שווה לחברה הישראלית וכמובן שזה שווה לאקדמאים הערבים, שיוכלו למצוא תעסוקה בתחום בו קיבלו את הכשרתם האקדמית. קו משווה הוקמה ומופעלת על ידי אנשים שאכפת להם מהמצב החברתי בישראל, אנשים שמוכנים לפעול אודות שינוי המצב, לצמצום הפערים ולמען חברה שוויונית יותר. אנחנו מאמינים בשוויון אזרחי ורוצים לקדמו. אנחנו מאמינים ששוויון הזדמנויות בכלל, ובתעסוקה בפרט , הוא זכות בסיסית לכל אזרחי המדינה. אנחנו מאמינים שאקדמאים ערבים מוכשרים, כמו שאר האזרחים, ומגיע להם לממש חלום קריירה. אנחנו מאמינים כי יש לנו יכולות, ידע, קשרים והשפעה בשוק העסקים ואנחנו יכולים לעשות שינוי. אנחנו מאמינים במצוינות ומקצוענות, רגישות חברתית, שרות לקוחות , עבודת צוות ושותפות, שקיפות והוגנות, מחויבות לחזון ולמטרות. אנחנו מאמינים שיחד אתכם: האקדמאים הערבים, המעסיקים, מכוני המיון ואנשי המקצוע – נצליח לשפר ולשנות את המצב – זה חשוב ושווה לכולנו. To prepare the ground for an constructive professional encounter between Arab college graduates and potential employers, we decided to act on two levels: by training and empowering Arab college graduates, bringing them to a fair and equal starting point as they compete in the labor market, and by recruiting employers to actively participate in the transformation, embrace principles of diversity, and offer positions to Arab college graduates. Kav Mashve has attracted a number of high-profile supporters and members: the Office of Economic Organizations, the Israel Bar Association, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, the Association of Chambers of Commerce, the Association of Banks in Israel, the Monitoring Committee of the Arab Sector, the Association of Hotels in Israel, the Association of Labor and Industry and others.
